Perrine Construction Services was founded in 2009 by local veteran and business owner, Brad Perrine.  Brad grew up in Conroe, Texas in the construction industry and is a third-generation builder. He served in the United States Navy and brings an extensive background, knowledge and experience in residential and commercial construction services to his business.  Having served as a home inspector for several years adds value to his business as well as to his client’s construction projects, particularly when it comes to quality assurance.

Prior to starting Perrine Construction Services, Brad and his team worked together insulating custom and track homes for another company.  Out of their desire to operate a better business for their employees and excellent service for their customers, Perrine Construction Services was founded.  Having worked together for over 13 years each member of the team brings their own unique work experience and talents to the business allowing them to specialize in different aspects of the company.

Gary is a real people person, and he has rarely met a stranger. Having served in the United States Marine Corps, he values teamwork and enjoys establishing an excellent working relationship with our builder partners. This team of self-starters believes in hard work and great customer service, and they keep their focus on that with every customer interaction.

Together, we share over 75 years of combined professional construction experience, and we have worked on countless commercial and residential construction projects throughout our service area, which includes Conroe, Houston, Kingwood, Magnolia, Montgomery, New Caney, Spring, Tomball, The Woodlands and surrounding communities.
